Why finish quality matters here
Concours-standard finish work is a light-management problem. Swirl marks and holograms only show under specific light — dealership fluorescent, direct Highveld sun on a Sandton City rooftop, LED garage lighting — and a car can look perfect in the Fricker Road driveway while carrying hundreds of defects visible at a marque event. We correct under multiple lighting rigs so the finish holds up wherever the car is shown.
For daily-driven exotics — 296 GTB, Roma, Cullinan, DBX — the recommendation is almost always full-front PPF plus a ten-year ceramic coating over the film and the rest of the car. Collector cars get multi-stage correction and a ten-year ceramic; we photograph on collection and again on release so the client has a documented finish baseline.

Rolls-Royce Cullinan Black Badge — Winchester Estate
One-year-old daily driver with heavy wash marring across the black paint and etch marks from tree drop off North Road. Multi-stage correction to lift the marring safely, ten-year ceramic, Nanoshade ceramic tint refresh on the rear glass, and a leather and headliner refresh through our interior detailing programme. Now on a quarterly maintenance schedule.
